Payment by Credit Card
When paying by credit card (at the time the order transaction is completed), the relevant bank will authorise the charge for the amount of your purchase. If the order is cancelled by the customer, or if CortecciSiena does not accept the contract, CortecciSiena will request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the reserved amount. Release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been cancelled, CortecciSiena cannot be held responsible for any delays and/or damages caused by the banking system.
CortecciSiena reserves the right to request additional information or copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the customer does not provide such information and/or copies, CortecciSiena reserves the right not to accept the contract. At no time during the purchase process does CortecciSiena have access to the cardholder’s personal information, as such information is transmitted directly to the bank’s secure website that manages the transaction.
Payment by Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please make the payment within 1 business day from the order date and send us the payment receipt. After this period, if we do not receive the receipt, your order will be cancelled.
