1. General Provisions
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the distance purchase of products (the “Products” or the “Product”) through the website www.corteccisiena.it (the “Website”).
The distance selling service described herein is reserved exclusively for consumers (the “Customers” or the “Customer”), meaning natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”).
The Customer must carefully read these Terms and Conditions, made available on the Website in order to allow storage and reproduction pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 (“Ecommerce Decree”).
Contracts concluded through the Website are governed by Italian law, in particular the Consumer Code, the Ecommerce Decree and applicable EU regulations.

4. Prices
Product prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT and all applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs and any additional charges (such as duties for non-EU shipments) are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
Cortecci Siena may change prices at any time; however, the price applied to the Customer will be the one displayed at the time of order submission.
5. Ordering and Contract Conclusion

To purchase one or more Products, the Customer must select them on the Website and add them to the virtual cart, following the instructions displayed.

Before submitting the order, the Customer may review and modify all entered information (Products, quantities, shipping/billing address, payment method).

Submitting the order constitutes a binding offer and implies an obligation to pay. By submitting the order, the Customer declares to accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and all legal notices on the Website.

The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an email confirming the order from Cortecci Siena, containing a summary of the purchased Products, prices, order number and shipping information.

Cortecci Siena may refuse orders (e.g., Product unavailability, payment issues, incomplete/incorrect data, suspected fraud). In such cases, the Customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded.
6. Payment Methods
Cortecci Siena accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (supported circuits as shown on the Website)
- Bank transfer (instructions provided during checkout)
In case of bank transfer, the order will be processed only after full receipt of payment. Bank fees, if any, are the Customer’s responsibility.
7. Order Confirmation
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Consumer Code, the Customer will receive an email confirmation containing the order details, including price, Products, shipping method and a copy of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Invalid Orders / Order Refusal
No contract shall be deemed concluded if Cortecci Siena has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting in good faith, is not a consumer, or is misusing the right of withdrawal. Cortecci Siena may cancel such orders and will refund any amounts paid.
9. Shipping, Delivery and Storage Costs
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer during checkout. Deliveries to P.O. boxes or unverified addresses may not be allowed.
Unless otherwise specified, delivery usually occurs within 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and the courier used. Delays caused by force majeure or courier issues do not constitute liability for Cortecci Siena.
The Customer must check upon delivery:
- the integrity of the packaging and seals;
- the number and type of parcels correspond to the delivery documents.
Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier by writing a specific “reservation” on the delivery document and notifying Cortecci Siena promptly.
If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, the courier may place the shipment in storage. Any storage costs or return charges will be borne by the Customer.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 days from receiving the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an explicit statement by email to: shop@corteccisiena.it
The Products must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notice. Returns shipped after this deadline will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
Products must be returned:
- unused, unworn and unwashed;
- in the same condition in which they were received;
- with all original tags, labels, dust bags, accessories and packaging;
- properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Cortecci Siena will refund the Customer within 14 days from receiving the returned Products or from proof that they have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code (e.g., customised goods, sealed goods opened after delivery, goods at risk of rapid deterioration).
11. Legal Warranty
Products purchased by Customers are covered by the legal warranty of conformity as per Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.
In case of a conformity defect, the Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract according to applicable law.
12. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected through the Website are processed by Cortecci 1935 Siena S.r.l. in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
